The HOPE (helping out people in emergencies) Fund is an employee assistance fund established to support Kettering Health Dayton and Kettering Health Washington Township team members facing unexpected financial hardship.
Funded entirely by fellow employees, the HOPE Fund provides direct relief to colleagues during some of life’s most difficult moments.
