We are focused on providing excellence in care to our senior neighbors. We offer convenient health centers devoted to the needs of seniors with specialty care, as well as a retirement community on the campus of Kettering Health Miamisburg (formerly Sycamore Medical Center).

Our Years Ahead primary care locations stand apart from other senior-care programs. We provide a team-based approach to offering our best care to our senior neighbors.

We provide primary care for those 65 years and older, building your care plan with you to help you stay healthy, manage current conditions and focus on wellness. Our providers care for fewer patients than a traditional family doctor, ensuring you receive extra focus and attention during each visit. And we’re expanding our care to reach more seniors in our community with three locations to serve you in Centerville, Kettering, and Dayton.

Kettering Health Senior Living

Kettering Health Senior Living provides attractive, comfortable, and convenient independent and assisted living homes and apartments. We provide amenities that improve residents’ quality of life close to many of Kettering Health’s medical centers.
