With paved stone pathways, benches tucked amongst flowers, and a meditative water fountain the garden provides a peaceful area for families and friends to remember, find hope, and begin to heal after a pregnancy or newborn loss.

The Serenity Garden is located on Kettering Health Washington Township’s campus across from the Prayer and Quiet Room and near the Endoscopy Unit Entrance.

Funds raised for the Southview Serenity Garden help create and sustain the beauty and tranquility of the garden, as well as pay for remembrance stones and pavers for families who have lost an infant. The Serenity Garden provides a space for families to remember their child and process their loss.

Southview Maternity and The Grandview Foundation are dedicated to supporting every family in the loss of a child and accepts donations throughout the year to benefit these families and the Serenity Garden. Contributions are tax deductible and provide funds for pavers, flowers, and other items in the Serenity Garden.
