Dr. CarlosVentura is so thorough, kind, and truly listens to your concerns. He gives many up-to-date suggestions for better health. What’s really is special about Dr. Ventura is he doesn’t make you feel like a number. You feel like a person and you feel heard. That means a lot to patients. He is wise and he gives you a sense of competence. I’m so grateful and blessed that I found him for my primary care physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Chamberlain ever since he was at the old office with Dr. Lytle. He not only takes care of me and does a Great job at it, he also took care of my husband before he past away in 2020. Dr. Chamberlain is my go to guy (Doctor) for most of the things I need to feel better. I consider him a friend. Always taking time to listen when I have a problem. Dr. June, I cannot thank you enough for the care and understanding you have given me, in the lowest time of my life, with loss of mom and 2 best friends and health issues and moving all in one year. It was worth the wait to get in to see you, It took almost a year. Kindness, listening and care had been qualities I had not had since my family doctor retired, who I had been with for over 20 years. You have always treated me with respect not a drug addict just because I needed pain meds. I know I have not always been a model patient with drug interactions to many medications we tried and getting so frustrated just trying to get a hip surgery for 7 months. Your staff is very nice and caring too. Even during the internet shut down last year, you all did your best to keep us informed and hand writing scripts.
