Multiple Sclerosis Support Club
Meets quarterly with those affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), family members, caregivers, and healthcare practitioners. Our goal is to empower those living with MS and their families to live their best life through education, community resources, and support.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of February, May, August, and November at 5:30 p.m. in the NeuroRehab and Balance Center Gym at 7677 Yankee Street. Call (937) 401-6109 with any questions.
Parkinson’s Disease Support Club
Meets quarterly with those affected by Parkinson’s disease as well as family members, caregivers, and healthcare practitioners. We provide encouragement, support, and time to connect with others affected by Parkinson’s disease.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of January, April, July, and October from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at NeuroRehab and Balance Center at 7677 Yankee Street.. Call (937) 401-6109 with any questions.
Stroke Survivor Group
Support group for stroke survivors, caregivers, family, and friends to help navigate life after stroke.
Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Schuster Conference Center located at Kettering Health Main Campus at 3535 Southern Blvd.
SPEAK OUT!
SPEAK OUT! is a therapy program created for people with Parkinson’s Disease to improve their voice and speech. In this program, training is provided to change the use of voice and speech from an automatic function to an intentional act. This improves speech, hearing, and overall quality of life.

LOUD Crowd
After participating in the SPEAK OUT! program, you’re welcome to join the group session LOUD Crowd. The LOUD Crowd here at the NeuroRehab and Balance Center is unique because it also features Reader’s Theatre. The group session provides an opportunity to maintain and use skills learned in SPEAK OUT! therapy. The NeuroRehab and Balance Center offers LOUD Crowd free to all SPEAK OUT! graduates.The LOUD Crowd is offered for free to all SPEAK OUT! graduates. We meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. at the NeuroRehab and Balance Center. We are a handicap accessible facility. Water, reading scripts, and props will be provided to all participants.
