We believe in the power of lifelong exercise to make the most of our function, health, and quality of life. But we know the challenges people face in finding a gym, knowing the best exercise program for them, and using equipment safely.
We want to help you move beyond those problems and improve your health.
Available Exercise Classes
We offer opportunities for you to exercise after therapy. Whether you need individualized training with our exercise physiologist or the motivation provided by group classes, the fitness programs offered at the NeuroRehab and Balance Center have something to help you.
Fit for Function
Once you complete therapy, the Fit for Function program is a good option to maintain and improve your long-term wellness, function, and fitness goals. This program is designed for participants who can exercise on their own, or with the help of a trained caregiver. Our staff will develop a program just for you.
An exercise physiologist will be available to
- Adjust and fit exercise equipment.
- Assess and help you meet your goals.
- Provide supervision or minimal help.
- Take blood pressure and heart rate.
