Dr. Welker, I wanted to share how much I appreciate your care of the patients we see here at KHMB. Your dedication to excellence and high quality is unparalleled. I had a friend reach out to me to share how appreciative they were for you taking care of their dad. I know it's often we miss opportunities to say thank you, so I didn't want this one to pass.

Dr. Halderman saved my life! Prior to finding him I spent my life sick and in and out of the hospital due to kidney disease and recurrent kidney infections and sepsis. In the 10+ years he has been my provider my hospital stays have dropped to maybe once a year. The biggest defining factor in my improved health is having specifically him. He takes his time to listen, really listen, and is patient. I never feel rushed when he's in the room with me. My life has greatly improved and I look towards the future now, where once I thought I was dying and wouldn't see my son finish school and now I have granddaughters and have hope that'll I'll still be here too see them graduate. Never in my life have I had the luxury to think I would have a life and a career. I'm a nurse and have worked alongside many doctors in many settings and my favorite remains Dr. Halderman. Not only is he an amazing physician but also a teacher! I've had the pleasure of seeing some of his residents and they mirror his bedside care. I will forever be grateful for Dr. H and look forward to many years ahead thanks to him! God was looking out for me when he sent Dr. H my way.

I would like to say Thank You to Dr. Reid and his wonderful Team at the Kettering Cancer Pavilion.
When I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in March 2017 I was referred to Dr. Reid and he took over my care.
Dr. Reid preformed the surgery to remove the mass and overseen my care prior to and after my surgery. I believe do to complications Dr. Reid completed a total of 3 surgeries and each time I felt as though I was his only patient and he had my health and care at the forefront of his thoughts.
Dr. Reid was an excellent Doctor and I felt I was in good hands having him and his team. Jacqueline Rothlisberger, APRN-CNP was very active with Dr. Reid in my care and as a Team they were both excellent and I thank them for all they do and all they have done for me.
It has been 9 years since my diagnosis and I still see the Team once a year as a follow up and I am so thankful for them.
I know Dr. Reid told me it would take prayer to see me through the cancer journey so, with prayer, Dr. Reid, and Jackie Rothlisberger I am here today and doing well.
