I am writing to extend my "sincerest" gratitude for the phone call I received on March 4, 2026. It was a truly remarkable experience to be informed, nine months after my emergency surgery for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, that you have been holding my baby this entire time.
Thank you for the profound emotional whiplash. My husband and I spent the last nine months grieving not only the loss of our child and my fertility, but the specific pain of having "nothing to lay to rest"—a fact explicitly confirmed by my surgeon on June 3, 2025.
Your dedication to reopening a traumatic wound with such clinical indifference is breathtaking. To wait the exact length of a full-term pregnancy to notify me that my child was sitting in a freezer—and then to frame it as my failure to contact a funeral home for a baby I was told didn't exist—is a level of "patient care" I didn't think possible.
Thank you for ensuring that my healing process was not only delayed but systematically dismantled by your incompetence. You didn't just lose a file; you disregarded the dignity of my child and the mental health of your patient.

In August of 2023 Dr. Clifford recommended I have an AAA scan, abdominal auric aneurysm scan, due to my age. The scan showed an anomaly. Dr. Clifford scheduled a CT that showed an abdominal mass. He got the ball rolling to define and have the mass removed. The mass caused discomfort that I attributed to age and arthritis.
I am an active retired Engineer and appreciate his attentiveness as I discuss my health concerns and accept his suggestions. I have a high confidence level with Dr. Clifford.
