Dr Hess genuinely cares for your wellbeing & wanting to help you with your joint issues. I had a knee replacement 11/21. He worked with me to qualify for a safe, successful surgery. Answered all my questions before, during and after surgery. You don’t feel rushed or like another number. He cares about his patients & that you have the best physical outcome. I have recommended him multiple times. He did my brothers knee replacements & both shoulder surgeries. He is also my husband’s DR. I highly recommend him.
