You go beyond just treating your patients, to the level of truly offering CARE to them. The way you talk, inform, give options, answer questions, and allow space for our needs (or fears) is remarkable. I appreciate your efforts to give the best care possible for your patients. I do not feel you treat your patients as if I they are just one more in a long list of patients. You treat them as if they are your only patient, and it makes a huge difference to me.
