This program is offered at our Far Hills location.
Our sports nutritionists show you how to manage your health and nutrition needs. Develop skills related to your personal nutrition choices, physical activity, stress management, and behavior modification.
Athletes will learn important information regarding their diet and health choices. They also will receive information on caloric intake directed toward performance enhancement and be guided on what to eat and drink before, during, and after training sessions.
Food coaching is also available. This includes analysis of your favorite restaurants with attention to convenience, budget, nutritional content, and personal preferences. Our staff can provide follow-up nutritional emails to provide ongoing expert advice.
We also provide in-services and lectures on nutrition and wellness to your team(s) or professional groups.
