Parkinson’s Fitness Classes
Parkinson’s Fitness – Medium Intensity
At NeuroRehab and Balance Center, we offer two levels of Parkinson’s fitness classes to help you continue and progress the benefits you achieved in rehab. Our classes accommodate different degrees of fitness, balance, and Parkinson’s symptoms. The classes are supported through a grant from Parkinson’s Support and Wellness.

Multiple Sclerosis Fitness
Multiple Sclerosis Fitness – Medium Intensity
At NeuroRehab and Balance Center, we offer Multiple Sclerosis fitness classes to help you continue and progress the benefits you achieved in rehab. The classes are supported through a grant from the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, MS Focus. Our classes accommodate different degrees of fitness, balance, and Multiple Sclerosis symptoms.

By clicking the link as a condition to my participation in the fitness classes, I hereby freely and voluntarily agree to the following for the duration of my participation in the fitness class:
- To the extent I deem advisable, I will consult a physician before participating in this exercise program. I understand that I am solely responsible for monitoring my own health condition before, during, and after each exercise class and I acknowledge that the possibility of certain unusual physical changes during exercise may exist. Should any unusual symptoms occur, I understand that I am responsible for ceasing my participation and contacting emergency services.
- I acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results that I will achieve from participating in exercises classes and the results are individual and vary. I acknowledge and agree to this waiver and release of liability, without limitation, for all injuries which may occur, regardless of negligence, as a result of: (a) my participation in any class, activity, or program and (b) class instruction.
- I further acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Instructor(s), Kettering Health Network, NeuroRehab and Balance Center, its employees, students, agents, and volunteers from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of or relating to my participation in any class, activity, or program.
