About
Located in the heart of Kettering, our emergency department provides high-quality care for all types of emergencies, from major accidents to minor injuries.
Level II Trauma Care
We are designated as a Level II Trauma Center through the American College of Surgeons and are covered 24 hours by board-certified emergency medicine physicians, trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and anesthesiologists, with other specialty surgeons available to serve at a moment’s notice.
Specialized Critical Care
The emergency center at Kettering Health Main Campus delivers specialized critical care for the most complex conditions, including Comprehensive Stroke Center certification from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), advanced cardiac intervention, expert brain and spine care, high-risk pregnancy services, and rapid access to advanced imaging.
NOTE: Emergency center wait time represents the average time it takes from check-in until the patient sees a provider, based on the last hour’s wait times and current conditions. Patients are prioritized according to severity of injuries, and the number of patients may affect actual wait times.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately, or get to your closest emergency center.
