In-Person Tobacco Cessation Class Quit tobacco with the help of a tobacco cessation clinic offered by Kettering Health. There are two upcoming sessions to take you through the quitting process.
This evidence-based class, guided by a book-based curriculum, aims to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels through exercises that improve strength and balance.
