Missing much information and just told me to follow up with primary care doctor which was the intent of the visit, to see my primary care doctor. A waste of energy and money for what I could read on Google - vague directions and no real answers.
I had one frustrating telehealth thing (different service) in the past, so I was nervous about going this route again, but this was a much better experience. Thanks!
The Care Provider was very helpful and understanding about my medical conditions. She was reassuring and made me feel comfortable in knowing that I wasn't alone in the Long Haul COVID experience. There were no "no's". Only "I will help you" when I was addressing my concerns. I wish most Health Providers had the same interest and care as this particular person did.
My Provider was very knowledgeable, and listen to me attentive.
