About Me
Molly Bowman, BSN, IBCLC, is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), the highest accredited healthcare professional specializing in lactation. With a passion for supporting breastfeeding families, she specializes in helping mothers navigate challenges such as low milk supply, tongue ties, PCOS, obesity, and the unique needs of premature infants. Her personal experience overcoming breastfeeding struggles with her own children inspired her to become a lactation consultant and it continues to fuel her commitment to helping others achieve their breastfeeding goals.
Molly earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Kettering College and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
With a focus on whole-person wellness, Molly believes that the foundation of a successful lactation consultant-patient relationship is built on compassion, attentive listening, and trust. She empowers mothers to make informed choices and supports them in finding a balance between their breastfeeding journey and other parts of their lives.
Outside of her work, Molly enjoys spending quality time with her family, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and exploring nature. As a true master of balance, she also homeschools her children.
