About Me
Mallory Zedella, APRN-CNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in urogynecology and has a special interest in helping women with their overall health and wellness. She focuses on conditions including pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, pessary maintenance, urinary incontinence, and interstitial cystitis.
Mallory earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kettering College. She previously served as an emergency department nurse at Kettering Health Main Campus.
In her spare time, Mallory enjoys tennis, concerts and live music, and spending time with her family, including their basset hound, Myrtle.
What is a Certified Nurse Practitioner?
A certified nurse practitioner (CNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse. They hold a master’s or doctoral degree and have advanced clinical training. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat patients. Like physicians, they can make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
