About Me
Kathleen Fuchs, APRN-CNP, is a nurse practitioner working in primary care with special interests in wellness, mental health, and chronic disease management.
She earned her Master of Science in nursing-family nurse practitioner degree from Walden University. Kathleen worked as an urgent care and family nurse practitioner before her role with Kettering Health.
Kathleen chose to become an advanced practice provider because she wanted to make patient care more accessible. She also enjoys spending time with her family and reading. Most of her life, Kathleen has lived in small communities. Her favorite seasons are Spring and Fall.
What is a Certified Nurse Practitioner?

Care Philosophy
I feel like every person deserves a healthcare provider that cares about helping them achieve their healthcare goals. I want my patients to leave my office feeling as though their concerns were heard.
