Gretchen Polinski, MD, focuses on care for all ages in primary care, sports medicine, preventative medicine, and chronic diseases.
She graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also has her Master of Science in clinical exercise physiology and volunteers her time for local high school students in and around the Dayton area to conduct sports physicals.
Dr. Polinski values a healthy lifestyle. She is an avid weightlifter, participates in CrossFit, and all things fitness. She was a Division 1 NCAA collegiate athlete in Women's Basketball and worked as an exercise physiologist. In 2007, she traveled to Ghana for a mission trip where she worked in a medical clinic and taught basketball. With her background as an athlete, she can relate to her patients and ensure the best treatment plan for their health.

I value a patient evidence approach to medicine. I enjoy treating the whole patient including body, mind, and health goals. I believe in partnership with the patient for prevention and treatment plans.
