He apologized profusely for the long wait.
I was pleased with the care and explanation of my issue. My only recommendation is to let the patient know the credentials is the care provider. I have no idea if he was a doctor, PA, or NP?
Very pleased with care provider.
It's my fault for not speaking up that I'm more concerned. But he didn't even listen to my heart or lungs, and he told me if it's still swollen in 6 weeks to see my PCP. I work in a Kettering ER so when I was telling one of my nurse friends about this she said so he didn't listen to you, he didn't give you any antibiotics, or any steroids? I said no. She told me I should get a second opinion. Which I will go see my PCP as soon as I can get in. She told me to be honest on this when I get it! I normally don't complain, but this just wasn't the kind of treatment I know Kettering strives for.
