Years before Kettering Health Main Campus opened, Eugene and Virginia Kettering knew they wanted the Seventh-day Adventist Church to develop and operate the hospital to be built in Charles F. Kettering’s honor.

Today, the Seventh-day Adventist Church and community leaders continue to lead Kettering Health into the future.

Kettering Health Governing Board

The Governing Board is Kettering Health’s primary governing body. It provides high-level oversight of Kettering Health’s activities and performance, strategic vision, planning, and decision-making.
