Sports Performance Programs
Every athlete has different needs when it comes to training, and we have what it takes to sharpen your skills.
We can help you prevent injury and increase your performance with Dartfish, a program used by many Olympic medal winners. This motion analysis software allows us to examine your biomechanics and break down your movements to 90 frames per second.
When used for gait analysis, throwing motions, and golf swings, we can address key movements and positioning to make you even better at your sport.

This program is aimed at adults with busy lives looking to improve their fitness. We help you set goals and tailor the program to help you meet those goals.
Focus on weight loss, improve your overall physical fitness, and elevate your recreational sports performance. The Edge Performance program offers the following:

This program is offered at our Far Hills location.
Work with coaches at Fast Twitch, the elite sports performance training company in the Dayton area, to prepare for any athletic competition. Training programs are tailored to the individual and available to athletes seven years old and older. Skills training includes the following:
- Developed total body strength
- Enhanced speed and agility
- Gained footwork, balance, and flexibility
- Improved explosive power
This program is offered at our Kettering Health Washington Township location.
Whether you’re training for a competition, taking a physical abilities test, or building strength with specific equipment limitations, our expert-led Strength and Conditioning Program is tailored to help you meet your goals. We’ll help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
This program offers year-round, customized training with flexible scheduling options, including onsite, hybrid, or fully remote training to fit your lifestyle and needs.
Through this program, you’ll gain access to
- Certified strength and conditioning coaches through the TrainHeroic app, where you’ll receive expert guidance, detailed video instruction for exercises, and tools to track your progress and stay accountable.
- Personalized feedback from our coaches through video or in-person form checks.
- Cutting-edge sports science technology, including a vertical jump mat, velocity-based training (VBT) sensor, laser timer, and radar gun to optimize your performance, measure your progress, and push your limits with precision.

Fitness Classes
Our adult fitness programs help you stay active, regardless your age or fitness level. We offer three different adult-fitness classes geared to specific ages and activity levels. With us on your side, you’ll reach your fitness goals one step at a time.
This program is designed to help ease the challenges of everyday living. The program focuses on strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Exercises range in difficulty, from beginners to those looking for more of a challenge. Classes are offered at Kettering Health Washington Township and meet two times a week for six weeks.
This program, offered at our Far Hills location, helps provide men and women with tools to aid your weight-loss journey. Understanding your metabolic rate can help you control your weight loss and gain, improve weight-related health conditions, and identify balanced eating strategies. Participants will
- Use the MedGem® oxygen consumption device to determine metabolic rate and percentage of body fat.
- Review current physical activity, calorie intake, and nutritional needs.
- Receive detailed information explaining metabolic gap.
- Implement personalized plan of action, including nutrition consultation, meal planning, and exercise goal.
This program is designed for patients who have completed physical therapy and are interested in continuing to work toward their health goals. Kettering Health Sports Medicine offers professional training to ensure proper form and technique.
Participants will work one-on-one with an exercise physiologist for up to 60 minutes per session at either our Far Hills or Tipp City location. Sessions include cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength components with an emphasis on core stability and areas of weakness. Also included is a dietary analysis.
