The Maternal Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides caring therapeutic mental health support for both expectant mothers and postnatal mothers 18 and older who are experiencing perinatal depression and difficulty coping after childbirth.

We provide structured therapy and counseling in both individual and group settings. Sessions are designed with flexibility in mind, and private spaces are available for feeding or caring for your baby whenever needed.
