The in-person class will consist of 3-2 hour sessions (1 class per week for 3 consecutive weeks) to prepare for the upcoming birth of your baby by learning about: • Physical and emotional changes during pregnancy • Nutrition • Signs and symptoms of labor • Comfort and relaxation techniques • Stages of labor • Medical
Dad Class
This in-person class will consist of 2-2 hour sessions (1 per week for 2 consecutive weeks) to help dads gain confidence and parenting skills prior to the arrival of their newborn. Topics include: • The pregnant dad, labor and delivery: Partner in birth and parent training wheels • Caring for your baby: Going home and
Infant/Child CPR and Safety
Taught by a CPR-certified registered nurse, this one-time three-hour class covers basic CPR skills and choking prevention. Class space is limited to provide a personal learning experience. No certification is given for this course.
