This class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba dance choreography and focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. It’s well-suited for active older adults looking for Zumba at a lower intensity. Come ready to sweat and prepared to leave feeling empowered and strong. Please bring water to stay hydrated.
