Zumba Gold offers all the fun of traditional Zumba but at a lower intensity. With easy-to-follow dance moves set to vibrant music, this class focuses on cardio, coordination, and joy in movement! Wear comfortable clothing, shoes, and bring a water bottle. Classes are brought to you at no cost by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare!
