The Lifeline Wireless Program provides eligible recipients with a fee cell phone and unlimited data, talk, and text. Pulsewrx representatives will be at the event enrolling eligible attendees into the benefit and providing approved individuals with free cell phones! Recipients are eligible if they participate in one of these programs listed below. Kettering Health is hosting only.
- Medicaid
- Medicare primary with Medicaid secondary (Dual Eligible)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefits
- Certain Tribal Benefits
- Income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
