Join the Walk This Way group for a 30 min., four weeks series outdoor walking class. Learn the health benefits and tips for a safe and successful workout in a small group. Wear appropriate shoes, attire, and bring a water bottle. In the event of rain, class will be canceled. This class is brought to you at no cost, by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare.
