Kettering Health’s Career Pathways team will host an informational session for Wright State University Summer and Fall graduates focused on our Contingency Hire process. This session will walk students through how they can interview with their preferred areas of interest, with the goal of securing a post-graduation offer and completing their senior preceptorship on the same unit where they plan to begin their nursing career. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the timeline, expectations, and next steps to successfully transition from student to Kettering Health nurse.
