Join us for a fun and energizing full-body workout that targets your legs, core, and arms! Hula hooping not only burns calories – it also improves coordination, balance, and core strength. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle. Classes are brought to you at no cost, by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare.
