HIIT for Over 60
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great way to improve heart health in less time than traditional workouts. It also boosts VO2 max, which helps the heart pump blood more efficiently -something that’s especially important as we age. Perfect for all fitness levels – modifications will be provided. Please bring weights and bands. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and don’t forget your water bottle. Classes are brought to you at no cost by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare.
