Build strength, stability, and confidence with simple, low-impact moves – chair squats, wall push-ups, calf raises, glute bridges, and shoulder rotations. You will learn proper form and progress at your own pace. Perfect for improving balance, making daily tasks easier, and reducing fall risk. Perfect for all fitness levels – modifications will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle. Classes are brought to you at no cost by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare.
