This low-impact, 60-minute exercise class focuses on toning the upper and lower body using hand and ankle weights. This class helps improve strength, balance, and mobility. Please bring your weights.
Please wear comfortable clothing, shoes, and bring a water bottle. Classes are brought to you at no cost by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare.
