Caring for a loved one with dementia presents unique challenges. A deep understanding of the brain changes associated with dementia enables caregivers to address barriers to daily activities and meet individual needs. This workshop is presented by an occupational therapy student, who will help caregivers learn to use strategic to supports and address activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
