Want to learn cooking skills to prepare food that will contribute to good health?
Kettering Health is offering a FREE cooking class series at the Cedarville Fire Department. You will learn cooking basics as well as how to cook for specific health issues, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Weโll prepare the food together, then enjoy eating as a group. Each week, physicians from Soin Family Medical Center will feature a new health focus and recipes. Weโll provide everything you need, from ingredients to equipment.
