This class places a strong emphasis on the knees and hips, aiming to strengthen muscles using weights (bring your own weights), bands, bodyweight, and incorporating Pilates movements. Participants perform exercises both standing and lying on the ground, adapting to individual abilities. The session concludes with targeted stretches for the hips and knees, promoting safe joint stretching, and enhancing joint flexibility. It’s an excellent class for individuals experiencing issues with their knees and hips. This class is brought to you at no cost by RetireMed, our local partner in Medicare.
