Being a caregiver can often feel isolating, making it difficult to find time for self-care. This book club is designed to offer support, connection, and encouragement to those caring for family members, friends, or loved ones.
Our featured book is based on real-life letters written by the author’s mother, Madelyn, during her journey as a caregiver for her husband. It provides an honest and heartfelt account of the challenges, frustrations, and moments of joy that come with caregiving. This event is in collaboration with Area Agency on Aging.
