This is an evidence-based class, guided by a book-based curriculum, aims to reduce the fear of failing and increase activity levels through exercises that improve strength and balance. The program runs for eight weeks, with each session building on the previous one. To gain the full benefits, it’s important to attend all eight classes. Walk-ins not accepted.
