This evidence-based class, guided by a book-based curriculum, aims to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels through exercises that improve strength and balance. The program runs for eight weeks, with each session building on the previous one. It’s important to attend all eight classes to gain the full benefits.
Class Dates – Wednesdays:
