Want to learn how to line dance, but don’t know where to start? This is perfect for you! This session, limited to 13 participants, will allow for individualized, slow-paced instruction. Line dancing is not just about the steps; it offers numerous health benefits. It provides cardiovascular exercise that improves endurance, balance, and coordination. It’s a social activity that provides memory enhancement, social interaction, and stress reduction. So, put on your dancing shoes, step onto the dance floor, and let the rhythm guide you into the wonderful world of line dancing! Please bring water to stay hydrated.
