Kettering Health Sports Medicine and partners are collaborating to provide full, comprehensive sports physicals for student athletes at Kettering Health contracted schools. These are available to student athletes entering grades 7-12 for the 2025-26 school year. There are multiple dates and locations available. Be sure to read through all of the information listed here. FAIRBORN HIGH SCHOOL: Tuesday May 20th, 6-8PM
KETTERING SPORTS MEDICINE: Monday June 16th, 6-8pm
YANKEE MEDICAL CENTER: Tuesday, June 24th, 6-8PM
KETTERING SPORTS MEDICINE: Wednesday July 16th, 6-8pm
Cost is $20 at all locations. Payment options are listed on each individual registration page. Please be sure to read payment options thoroughly when you register.
Pre-registration is required for all dates. Follow the link listed that is specific to the date that you would like to attend. Please be aware some locations have two separate dates, so be sure to purchase the correct ticket for your student-athlete.
Please be sure to have a 2025-26 OHSAA PPE physical packet with all up-to-date information and completed parent/guardian signatures.
Per OHSAA guidelines, physicals completed with Kettering Health Sports Medicine will be kept on file at your student’s school and good for the entire 2025-26 school year! Proceeds will go back to your student athlete’s Sports Medicine program at their school.
