Vivian Nguyen, RD, is a registered dietitian working in bariatric surgery with special interests in health and wellness, chronic disease management, and lifestyle.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati. Vivian worked with the University of Cincinnati as a dietetic intern for several months across western Ohio.
In her spare time, Vivian enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, going to the gym, and playing sports like tennis and pickleball.
