She earned her Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from Cedarville University in 2020. She has worked in several different specialties and has clinical experience in primary care.
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys baking and cooking and being outdoors, more specifically hiking, flower gardening, and feeding and watching the birds. She also is the mother of five children.

A certified nurse practitioner (CNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse. They hold a master’s or doctoral degree and have advanced clinical training. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat patients. Like physicians, they can make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
