About Me
Tyler Peckham, LPCC, is a mental health counselor. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and has experience working with individuals who struggle with social skills, emotional regulation, healthy coping skills, grief, low self-esteem, goal setting, healthy relationships, navigating life changes, and other behavioral problems.
Tyler earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton. He worked as a licensed professional counselor for a few years before joining Kettering Health.
Tyler always wanted to be able to support those around him. In the community where he grew up, mental health was overlooked, but he is thankful that in his house, mental health was supported. Some of Tyler's favorite things to do outside of work are weightlifting, being a father, and collecting shoes.

Care Philosophy
My goal is to always meet my client where they are and understand their values in order to develop specific goals for each client when they enter treatment. It can be very empowering for others to recognize that we may not be able to control all aspects in our lives but we can control how we respond to the stress.
