About Me
Tiffany Williams, APRN-CNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in endocrinology & diabetes with interest in lifestyle medicine.
Tiffany felt called to serve in the United States Air Force, where she served for 20 years. She took advantage of her opportunities to seek further education in earning her Doctor of Nursing-family nurse practitioner from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family. She and her spouse love professional baseball and have committed to visiting each of the major league ball parks across the United States.
What is a Certified Nurse Practitioner?
A certified nurse practitioner (CNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse. They hold a master’s or doctoral degree and have advanced clinical training. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat patients. Like physicians, they can make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
