Shirelle Applin, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who specializes in preventative care and chronic disease management. Her areas of interest include women's health, mental health, and chronic disease management.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine and completed her residency at Franciscan Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Applin has served as a family medicine physician since 2000.
Dr. Applin became a doctor to take care of and serve others, and to build relationships with people from all backgrounds. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, laughing and joking with family and friends, and playing Whack-A-Mole.
