Appt time should be kept they request arriving 15 mins early then I sit in the room for another 20 plus minutes waiting for the doctor. I also request no student doctors in my room for any reason and she still came in with the doctor I don't like new people and it made me uncomfortable when discussing my personal business. Doctors should review charts careful to avoid asking unnecessary questions especially if chart is updated with important hospital information.
There was a student with the Dr, they were both so kind and seemed genuinely concerned and put me at ease. I was very impressed with them both!
It has been a long time since I experienced such inclusive medical care, consisting of collaboration among all my medical providers.
