Rachel as always been kind, attentive and courteous. Again. No problems with your staff and physicians. But your processing wait times are unacceptable.
I've seen Rachel for years. I knew she was running a bit behind but her calm demeanor and patience did not show that at all. Very friendly and didn't rush ant part of annual ck up
In all honestly my reason for visit was not addressed. I scheduled for concerns for perimenopause symptoms then was told I would need to schedule another appointment with a physician. This is NOT the NPs fault but rather the scheduler. It appears they scheduled me for a routine wellness which I was also due for, but ai was clear about my concerns when asking for a visit. However, I am not sure this NP is knowledgeable or emphatic to perimenopausal symptoms. I was told it's just a think to get through like a teenager experiencing puberty.
I had a wonderful visit with Rachel Brannon. She was extremely personable and listened to my questions/concerns. She provided me with answers and resources. I felt that she listened to me and was kind/caring. I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. I Would highly recommend Rachel to others.
