About Me
Nate Han, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon with special interests in all aspects of general surgery, including minimally invasive and robotic surgery, as well as hernias/sports hernias, colon, breast, and anti-reflux surgeries.
Dr. Han earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served his general surgery residencies at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati and McLaren Greater Lansing in Lansing, Michigan.
Growing up with a surgeon for a father, Dr. Han had the privilege of seeing how surgery can have an immediate effect on patients. This inspired him to become a surgeon. In his spare time, Dr. Han enjoys playing and watching ice hockey, skiing, golfing, and fishing. He also loves reading and board games.

Care Philosophy
Patient-centered care has always been of utmost importance to me. I want each patient (and their families, if they wish) to be actively involved in their care so they understand and feel comfortable with the treatment plan.
