Katie Zellers, PA-C, is a physician assistant working in heart and vascular, with special interests in cardiology and diagnostic imaging.

She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and her Bachelor of Science in diagnostic medical sonography from Kettering College. Before becoming a physician assistant, Katie worked as an echo and vascular ultrasound technician at Kettering Health Main Campus for several years.

Katie became an advanced practice provider to build meaningful relationships with patients and to ensure they feel supported, understood, and cared for with the same compassion she would give her own family. She loves that the physician assistant role allows her to actively participate in patient care while continually learning and growing every day. Helping patients understand their health and feel supported is what makes Katie the most excited about her career.

Outside of patient care, Katie enjoys running, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors. She also loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, savoring good coffee, and spending time with her family.
